Rental time daily from 7:00 till 23:00;

Access to the conference room is allowed 15 minutes before the rental time (unless otherwise agreed with the hotel);

No food and drinks from outside are allowed.

In case of a written cancellation less than 48 hours before event date the Client guarantees penalty payment in the amount of 50% of the total order amount. In case of a written cancellation less than 24 hours before the event date the Client guarantees penalty payment in the amount of 100% of the total order amount. In the absence of cancellation notification the service is considered to be provided. The Hotel has the right to withhold penalties from the Client's advance payment.

The Client should make an advance payment of 50% within 5 working days from the date of confirmation of the booking and 100% of advance payment not later than 2 working days before the rental date.

In case of delay due to the Client's fault no time recalculation and cost of the rent will be made;

Dismantling / rearrangement of furniture and conference equipment is carried out only upon agreement with the Hotel.

In case of damage or loss of Hotel assets the Client should reimburse the cost of the material damage;

In case of delay in the conference room for more than 15 minutes from the time specified in the reservation from the Client should pay the cost of conference room rental equal to the amount of one hour.

The hotel administration has the right to demand the termination of the conference in case of unworthy Client behavior, rudeness and non-observance of the conference room rental rules.
