- Check-out time – 12:00 noon Moscow time.
- Check-in time not before 14:00 of the day of arrival.
- The hotel has a daily payment for stay.
- Room Rate Includes:
- Accommodation at the chosen room category;
- Breakfast buffet with life station (for Bed & Breakfast rate plan);
- Wi-fi;
- Additional complimentary services as per Rules and regulations.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel if occupancy levels permitting. Additional charges may apply as per Hotel prices and policy.
- Cost of extra bed– 1000 RUB/night including breakfast.
- Accommodation of no more than one child under the age of 3 years without providing extra bed is free of cost. The hotel is not accommodating children under 18 years unaccompanied by their parents.
- Mini bar is not included in the room rate, has to be paid as per price list.
- Meals can be included in the room rate by using deposit card denomination 1000 or 1500 RUB.
- Payment can be done by cash, billing to company and by bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro; МasterСard; МИР; Union Card.
- Documents required for check-in to the hotel: passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, birth certificate for guests under 14; foreign passport, visa and migration card for foreign citizens.
- If you need to get accounting papers during a business trip, it is necessary to inform the reception staff in advance and provide a power of attorney with organization particulars.
- Smoking in the room and at the hotel areas is prohibited as per Russian Federation low №15 from 23.02.2013.
- Reception staff has the right to refuse to check-in persons who violate public order and in state of alcoholic or drug intoxication.
- Visitors are allowed in the guest room from 08:00 till 23:00 with compulsory registration at the reception. After 23:00 the visitor has the right to stay at the hotel by checking-in at the reception paying for accommodation as per hotel price list.
